SUBMITTING TRANSCRIPTS

Turning in Transcripts

We hope you and your family are well. As summer is coming to a close, there might be a need to turn in transcripts with units for salary advancement. Since the district office is not open in its regular capacity, this is the procedure for turning in those transcripts.

The district has installed a secure drop box outside of the HR entrance of the district office. If you have physical transcripts, they should be dropped in the drop box. If you have electronic transcripts, they should be sent to Brenda Sandoval (Brenda_Sandoval@kernhigh.org) for processing. If you have any questions about units or transcripts, please contact the HR Department at HR@kernhigh.org. 

As usual, if you have any difficulty, please contact your association rep or a member of exec board for assistance.
